About First In Rescue
Safety trainingwith lasting effects.
Our mission is to give everyone the knowledge and skills to stay safe in any situation. We bring the most up-to-date training in the industry, and our classes are interactive, engaging and easy to follow.
Our instructors
Certified.Experienced. On the job.
Every instructor is certified by the Office of the State Fire Marshal as an Advanced Firefighter, and is also a technical rescue specialist and a licensed paramedic.
On top of those credentials, each instructor brings their own experience into the classroom and builds on our consistent lesson plans. Some have worked as safety coordinators in private industry.
We'll design a custom program for your needs and objectives at a reasonable price. We can build a standalone program, add to the procedures you already have, or help you write new ones. We find creative ways to reach every student, even the most “experienced” ones.

Veteran owned & operated
Prepare.Respond.
First In is owned and run by a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. The same discipline that carried Dan through the Gulf War and 23 years in the fire service goes into every class we teach: show up prepared, train like it's real, and make sure everyone goes home.
Our belief
Safety is nota check box.
Our company's belief on safety is that it is not just a check box. We don't want to continue to be “accidentally successful” by continuing to do the wrong things. It is often not enough to change one policy or one rule. A whole culture must be created. With that culture comes commitment. When there is commitment to that culture, we create a sense of purpose. With that purpose, we can achieve our goals. With our commitment to you, we will help you build that culture.
“By failing to prepare, we are preparing to fail.”
